Adorable Cottage, pet friendly - Holiday Home

Just a short stroll to the surrey center, this cottage is surrounded by great food and shopping! Just a few minute drive to the Augusta Nationals, and downtown, but in a quiet safe neighborhood. This newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath home has everything you need for a great place to relax while enjoying the city. Have some extra guests, enjoy our sofa bed. The back yard is large and gated, so perfect if you are traveling with your fur baby.
Good to know
The cottage is quaint and adorable and completely remodeled. The main room has a large tv, with a sleeper sofa and lounge chair. There are a variety of board games if you would like to relax and spend the night in with the family. There is a 6 person dining area, and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is completely remodeled with new cabinets, appliance and granite counter tops. Enjoy some complimentary snacks by our coffee bar. The kitchen is full stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal (besides the food). Each of the two bedrooms has a queen sleeper with a tv, dresser and a closet. The beds are medium firmness, which most guest compliment the beds. In between the two beds is a full bathroom shower/tub combo. We supply shampoos/conditioners/soap, as well as a blow dryer. We also have a laundry room with complimentary laundry soap, and an ironing board and iron. ***Please note- with hurricane Helene that just destroyed our community, there are still fallen trees in the yard and fences that need to be rebuilt. It's honestly just a waiting game for contractors to finish homes before yards, etc. Everything with the home is perfectly fine, but the yard is still affected as we rebuild. Please be aware of this with your pet. *****
