The condo is in a townhome community. In the bottom floor there is a full stocked kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a half bath. On the main floor is also the living area with a love seat/sofa combo, with the sofa having a queen size pull out couch. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the smaller bedrooms each have a television, queen size bed, dresser and closet. There is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo for these two rooms. The primary bedroom has a ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A queen size bed, tv, dresser, nightstand and closet.

Home is located in a townhome community. Unit does not come with access to the pool. The neighborhood is close to the main road in Washington, and close to freeway access.

There is one parking spot reserved for the unit, but plenty of visitor parking all around as well. I have never had any problems with parking right in front of the unit. The home is just around the corner from Washington Rd, which is one of the main roads in Augusta, and just a short drive to the freeway as well.
